1.Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. 2.Please note that Express Shipping requires a street address in English and a contact number as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

5.If you don't receive your order, please contact us within 2 months after dispatch of the order.
