1.Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. 2. We do ship parcels to P.O. Box Address via Standard Shipping Methods, but Expedited Shipping Methods require a street address in English and a contact number. Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands, usually take much longer than normal delivery time.
3.If you need to modify the order, it may result in the order amount not meeting the previous shipping standards/coupons usage conditions, which may result in a reduction in the refund amount.
4.Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package as well as a tracking number and a link to the shipping company website. 5.If you don't receive your order, please contact us within 2 months after dispatch of the order.
